Dr. David M. Odom and four other doctors (Defendant doctors) were parties to a contract for sharing an anesthesiology practice at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. Following a dispute with the Defendant doctors, Dr. Odom filed suit alleging damages for breach of contract, tortious interference with a contract right, conspiracy to restrain trade, and unfair trade practices.
