Traci Roberts quit her employment with attorney Jon Wyman and later filed a wage claim with the Idaho Department of Labor (the Department), alleging that she did not get paid for her final week of work. The Department found in favor of Roberts on the wage claim and imposed a penalty of one month's salary ($1,500) against Wyman. When Wyman failed to pay the penalty, the Department instituted an action against him in the magistrate division of the district...
