Issac A. COLBERT v. STATE of Arkansas.

Supreme Court of Arkansas.

March 23, 2000.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Christy M. Adams, Hope, for appellant.

Mark Pryor, Att'y Gen., by: Valerie L. Kelly, Ass't Att'y Gen., Little Rock, for appellee.
