Plaintiffs, Donald and Ida Racquet, sued defendants, Michael S. Grant (Grant) and Michael S. Grant, Ltd., for attorney malpractice. The trial court granted defendants' motion to dismiss the complaint (see 735 ILCS 5/2-619(a)(5) (West 1998)) as barred by the two-year statute of limitations (735 ILCS 5/13-214.3(b) (West 1998)).
