BRIDGES, J., for the Court:

¶ 1. This appeal comes from the Circuit Court of Grenada County, Honorable Joseph H. Loper Jr. presiding, where Myles Wiseman was convicted of one count of uttering a forgery and was sentenced to serve a term of fifteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections as a habitual offender. On appeal to this Court, Wiseman raises two issues
