FLETCHER, Judge.
The appellee having conceded an error in its calculation of the amount due to it, we reverse the final judgment so as to reduce it by the amount of $1,200. The final judgment is otherwise affirmed. The cause is remanded for the trial court to take such further action as is consistent with this opinion.
