What a difference a day makes; that adage aptly describes the posture of this case. In the relatively short time between a delinquent act committed by Charles K., appellant, and the juvenile disposition hearing, appellant received all the rehabilitative services he needed. Had the disposition hearing been held sooner, we would have a different case than the one now before us. Instead, we must consider whether the District Court for Montgomery County...
