On 14 August 1998, the State charged defendant Darian Robinson by bill of information with possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute; to which defendant entered a plea of not guilty on 18 August 1998. On 16 September 1998 defendant appeared with counsel for probable cause hearing. The trial court found probable cause and set the matter for trial.
