ORIE MELVIN:

¶ 1 Appellant, Richard H. Rebert, appeals from the Order of the Court of Common Pleas of York County awarding spousal and child support to appellee, Susan Rebert following a de novo hearing. Appellant argues the trial court erred when it ignored his withdrawal of demand for a hearing de novo and proceeded to conduct the hearing. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.1
