[¶ 1] The father of William S. appeals from the judgment entered in the District Court (Skowhegan, Clapp, J.) terminating his parental rights pursuant to 22 M.R.S.A. § 4055 (1992 & Supp.1999). The court found, by clear and convincing evidence, (1) that the father has been unwilling or unable to protect his son from jeopardy and that these circumstances are unlikely to change within a time reasonably calculated to meet the child's needs...
