¶ 1. Paul McCrary, a police officer with the City of Biloxi, filed a petition to controvert with the Mississippi Worker's Compensation Commission. The ALJ and the Commission found the petition to be untimely filed and dismissed the petition. The circuit court affirmed, and McCrary appealed.
