Petitioner Ken Jameson petitions this court for a Writ of Mandamus to Pulaski County Circuit Judge Leon Johnson, directing that he enter an order requiring Gil Landers to post a sufficient supersedeas bond pending appeal. The facts leading up to this dispute are as follows. Jameson obtained a $13,434.75 judgment against Landers in Judge Johnson's court.
