From a conviction of grand larceny and a five (5) year sentence in the Newton County Circuit Court, Bonnie Richards Burks ("Burks") brings this appeal before this Court, asserting two issues: 1) the indictment failed to correctly state the name of the victim, and 2) the court failed to suppress the testimony of witnesses concerning a pretrial photograph identification.
