¶ 1 This is an appeal from the order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Lawrence County on June 29, 1998, that granted appellee's motion for a directed verdict against appellant. The trial court denied appellant's post-trial motions, and this timely appeal ensued. Upon review, we reverse the order of the trial court and remand for a new trial.
