A juror did not truthfully respond to a direct question on voir dire as to whether she had a personal involvement in the criminal justice system by failing to disclose that, less than four years before the trial, she had been charged with a felony, placed in Pretrial Diversion through the intervention of the State Attorney's Office which was prosecuting the instant case and later had the case dismissed after she successfully completed the program.
