Johnny R. Handy was convicted of aggravated rape and aggravated burglary. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence as to the aggravated rape conviction. Defendant was sentenced to fifteen years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence for the aggravated burglary conviction.
