Appellant appeals his conviction for the offense of capital murder. Following the jury's finding of appellant's guilt on the charged offense, the trial court sentenced appellant to life imprisonment.

In two points of error, appellant alleges that the trial court committed error by refusing to quash the indictment, and by failing to follow the strict requirements of article 11.08 of the Texas Code...
