This appeal arises from an action concerning an automobile accident. Plaintiff-Appellant Sharon Calarosa was a passenger in an automobile owned by her but driven by her husband, John Calarosa. Ms. Calarosa's vehicle was struck from behind by a vehicle operated by Respondent Judy Stowell.
