OLSZEWSKI, J.:

¶ 1 D'Ambrosio's Dodge, Inc. appeals the trial court's order denying its post-trial motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict ("JNOV"), a new trial, and/or remittitur. We affirm.

¶ 2 The trial court found:

[Appellee] commenced this action as a result of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on July 22, 1990 in which Bradley W. Detterline, Sr. was killed. Decedent was driving his 1985 Dodge Ram Charger on a country road...
