This appeal is from a judgment setting child support. The plaintiff, Glenda Finn, and the defendant, Jeffrey Jackowski, are the biological parents of Kaetlyn Jackowski, who was born on February 12, 1998. The child was born with a severe gastrointestinal disorder known as "short bowel syndrome" and other health problems.
