¶ 1. On January 26, 1996, the Union County Chancery Court issued a temporary restraining order against Northern Hardwood, Inc. (Northern); Lucky Easley, its vice-president and secretary; and Memphis Hardwood Flooring Company (Memphis) to stop the cutting and removal of timber from the property of Jamie Swann Daniel. This T.R.O. was subsequently dissolved, and a motion for preliminary injunction...
