Defendant, John Fisk, brought this interlocutory appeal, pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 304(b)(5), challenging a civil contempt order entered by the trial court. The trial court held defendant in contempt for his refusal to comply with a prior order compelling his deposition testimony in a personal injury action filed by plaintiffs. The only issue presented is whether the defendant can avoid testifying at the deposition...
