Plaintiff Timothy Wyse, a white male employed as a criminal investigator with the Department of the Treasury, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms ("ATF"), received a 10 day suspension for his investigative activities on the Cape Cod Task Force ("CCTF").
