OPINION

GARRARD, Senior Judge.

Appellants Susan and Robert Maybaum (Maybaums) appeal the trial court's order, adjudicating their daughter a Child In Need of Services (CHINS). The Maybaums allege that the Putnam County Office of Family & Children (OFC) did not provide sufficient evidence to prove the allegations contained within the CHINS petition.
