ARMSTRONG, Judge.

In this somewhat unusual writ application, the plaintiff seeks writs to review the trial court's decision to transfer his case to another parish instead of dismissing it for improper venue. After clarifying the point that seems to be the plaintiff's primary concern, and thus, we believe, alleviating the plaintiff's primary concern, we will affirm the judgment of the trial court.
