Judkins Tull Walton, pro se, appeals from a judgment on a sworn account. After a bench trial, the trial court found Walton indebted to his former lawyers, Canon, Short & Gaston, for $22,276.90, plus pre-judgment interest and attorney's fees. Walton raises eleven points of error: (1) the trial court erred in allowing Walton's counsel to withdraw contrary to Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 10; (2) Walton had insufficient...
