In this case of international financial intrigue, the trial court dismissed the complaint against the tax lawyers and accountants who were sued for fraud and RICO violations. We affirm the dismissal of the complaint, holding that, as to the fraud count, appellant failed to allege any reliance on the misrepresentations in which the lawyers and accountants participated.
