This case involves damages suffered by Robin Maltby and her husband Robert, plaintiffs, in an automobile collision with Thomas Lyttle. Allstate Insurance Co., Lyttle's insurer, stipulated to the liability of itself and its insured, and the issue of damages was tried before a jury. The plaintiffs urged a motion for JNOV which was granted as to several of items of damages fixed by the jury. Allstate urged a motion styled motion for new trial for reargument...
