Arthur Gene Rogers appeals from the circuit court's summary denial of his Rule 32, Ala.R.Crim.P., petition for postconviction relief. The petition challenged Rogers's June 11, 1999, conviction for robbery in the first degree and his sentence as a habitual felony offender to life in prison.
