CANNELLA, Judge.

Defendants, Ian Cazenave (Cazenave) and Isaac Turner (Turner), appeal from their convictions of second degree murder and sentences. We affirm and remand.

On November 6, 1998, Cazenave and Turner were indicted for the first degree murder of Rodney "Cardell" Robinson (Cardell), who died of a gunshot wound to his upper buttock/lower back on March 15, 1998, a violation of La.
