Plaintiff/appellant Estate of Doris Hughes Adams ("Adams") appeals the ruling of the trial court granting summary judgment in favor of defendant/appellee Home Health Care of Louisiana ("Home Health"). Ms. Adams underwent an emergency amputation of her left leg below the knee due to gangrene.
