Case Summary

F.E. Gates Company, a division of the Blakley Corporation ("Gates"), appeals from a jury verdict in favor of Hydro-Technologies, Inc. ("Hydro-Tech") on Hydro-Tech's claim for wrongful termination of a subcontract.

We affirm.
