STATEMENT OF THE CASE

On May 15, 1998, appellant Thaddeus Green and co-defendant Synedra Williams were charged by bill of information with distribution of cocaine. Following a motion hearing on June 3, 1998, the trial court found probable cause as to both defendants and denied the motion to suppress. On September 10, 1998, the trial court granted the appellant's motion to sever. On November 19, 1998, a jury found the appellant to be guilty...
