This is an appeal of a final summary judgment for the defendants in a civil action by a minority shareholder against the two majority shareholders and two corporations. The basis of the appeal of the final summary judgment is predicated on appellants' challenge to the trial court's order denying appellants' motion for leave to amend its complaint, filed prior to the hearing on the motion for summary judgment.
