Case Summary

Appellant-plaintiff United Technologies Automotive Systems, Inc. ("UTAS") brought a declaratory judgment and breach of contract action against its insurer, appellee-defendant Affiliated FM Insurance Company ("Affiliated FM"), seeking coverage under its insurance policy for damages resulting from environmental contamination.
