ORDER

The plaintiff, Joi Ransom, appeals from the dismissal of her complain for failure to serve process within 120 days pursuant to Super.R.Civ.P. 4(l). Following a prebriefing conference conducted in accordance with Supreme Court 12A, tis case was referred to the full Court for possible disposition without oral argument.
