OPINION

HOFFMAN, Senior Judge

Petitioner-Appellant Tommy Wayne Randolph ("Tommy") appeals the trial court's determination in a visitation modification action filed by Respondent-Appellee Cindy Luise Randolph ("Cindy").

Tommy raises two issues for our review, which we restate as: I. Whether the trial court erred in assuming post-emergency jurisdiction to modify the visitation provisions of a Texas divorce decree.
