Plaintiff, Baker Hughes, Inc. d/b/a/ Hughes Christensen (Baker Hughes), appeals a decision of a workers' compensation judge finding Claimant, Phillip C. Ardoin temporarily, totally disabled and awarding him appropriate benefits and medical care "until such time as there may be a change in the employee's condition." Claimant answered the appeal seeking penalties and attorney's fees. We affirm in part and reverse in part the judgment of the workers...
