¶ 1 Arthur Leon Thompson ("Appellant") was sentenced on a theft conviction at the same time he was sentenced on two other felony convictions for offenses that were not committed on the same occasion as the theft offense. The State alleged that the other convictions were "historical prior felony convictions" to the theft conviction within the meaning of Arizona Revised Statutes Annotated ("A.R.S.") section 13-604(V) (Supp. 1999...
