Shawna Lanier Jones appeals the summary denial of her motion for postconviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. In 1998, Jones pleaded guilty to DUI manslaughter and was sentenced to ten years and four months in prison. She now seeks postconviction relief. We affirm the trial court's denial of all but two of Jones' claims without discussion. As to those two, however, we reverse...
