Griffin guilty as charged of perjury arising from sworn testimony defendant gave to a grand jury which conflicted with subsequently sworn statements he made as a witness at the 1997 jury trial of Tyrone Pickrom, who was convicted as a principal in the drive-by homicide of Andre Brooks.
