PER CURIAM.
Having considered the appellant's response to the Court's order issued September 27, 2000, the Court has determined that the order on appeal is neither a final order, nor an appealable non-final order. Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed. The dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant to file a separate appeal when the trial court enters a final order.
