Appellant Central State Transit & Leasing Corporation appeals the amount of damages awarded to it in the district court's judgment against Appellee Jones Boat Yard. Appellant claims the district court erred in failing to award loss of use damages and in limiting Appellee's liability to its percentage of fault.
