¶ 1 This is an appeal from the Order entered June 10, 1999 in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas denying the post trial motions of Appellant/Plaintiff, Vonney Dominick, in her personal injury action against Appellees/Defendants, William Hanson and Martin Silberman. We consider whether videotaped surveillance evidence, which was not disclosed in pre-trial discovery, was nevertheless admissible at trial. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm...
