Appellants Wise Enterprises, Inc., Crase, Inc., Mardi Gras, Inc., and Sandra Gardner appeal the district court's order granting summary judgment to Appellees Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County ("the County") and John S. Culpepper III, the Director of Finance for the County. Appellants claim the district court erred in concluding the County's Adult Entertainment Ordinance did not violate Appellants' First Amendment rights. We affirm.<...
