Lettman petitions for review of a Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") en banc decision, dated November 5, 1998, finding him deportable under section 241(a)(2)(A)(iii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ("INA"), 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(2)(A)(iii), for conviction of an aggravated felony for third degree murder.
