Jabbar Woods appeals his conviction for first degree murder, burglary, and theft. We affirm.
Defendant-appellant Woods argues that the trial court should have suppressed his confession as being involuntary. He contends that he was deprived of sleep for an extended period, and that his confession should be viewed as having been coerced.
