PER CURIAM.

We affirm appellant's conviction. He was sentenced pursuant to the 1995 sentencing guidelines. We reverse appellant's sentence on the authority of Heggs v. State, No. SC93851, ___ So.2d ___, 2000 WL 178052 (Fla. Feb. 17, 2000), and remand to the trial court for resentencing.

AFFIRMED IN PART; REVERSED IN PART and REMANDED.
