Salvatore Giove seeks review of an arbitrator's decision in grievance number NM-98-GJT-02, denying Giove's grievance and thereby upholding his removal from the Federal Aviation Administration ("FAA"), an agency of the Department of Transportation ("DOT"). Because the arbitrator's decision is in accordance with law and supported by substantial evidence, we affirm.
