OPINION

NEWMAN, Justice.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (Commonwealth) has appealed from the Order of the Superior Court, which reversed the trial court's imposition of sentence pursuant to the enhancement provisions in 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 7508. We reverse the Order of the Superior Court, and remand for consideration of the Constitutional challenges raised, but not addressed.
